We are seeking a driven Customer Success Manager to join our team and help enterprise customers succeed with our AI data annotation solutions. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they achieve their AI goals and realize the full value of our platform and services.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will build deep relationships with customer stakeholders, understand their business objectives, and guide them through their AI journey. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure our customers receive the highest quality data and support. Your success is measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customer relationships, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful implementation of our AI data solutions.
- Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with customer business objectives.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to demonstrate value and identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver on commitments.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and service improvements.
- Drive contract renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related customer-facing roles.
- Experience managing enterprise customers in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at executive levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using customer success tools and metrics.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and build consensus across stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML, data platforms, or technical products is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
